I love this recipe because it can be modified so easily based on what you have on hand or what you prefer. Switch out any nuts or seeds for a completely different taste and texture. Swap peanut butter for almond butter or whatever you like! The options are endless! I’ve made them several times and each time they’re different and each time they’re delicious! Also I do typically try to use all organic ingredients for this recipe.
Harvest granola bars are great as a grab and go breakfast, an afternoon pick me up, of an evening snack. I like to prep them ahead on Sundays so they’re ready to eat for the week. They’re also something fun and different to take to holidays! I’m sure your family will appreciate the snack as they wait for dinner to be ready 😉
