This Week at the Farm: 4
I hope last week was good to you! I’m doing better but it was still a hard one here missing Taj. If you missed it I had to let go of my sweet kitty the previous Friday (details HERE). When you live with someone for over 12 years it takes a bit to get used to them not being there anymore. I keep waiting for him to walk into the room and I’ve caught myself about to call for him out of habit a couple times. But time heals all things as they say and so does spending extra time with our other fur babes 🙂
This Week at the Farm: 4 Recap
I also stripped this butcher block that I found on the Facebook Marketplace and started refinishing our new old front doors! Yep plural because we’ll be replacing our screen door too! I swear by the marketplace! And shared how I shop the marketplace for vintage HERE!
And I don’t know about you, but I’m struggling with some major spring fever right now! One thing I can highly recommend if you are too is going to a greenhouse. It’s warm and full of green! I went…twice haha! The second time I came back with two of the beauties pictured below!
Coming up at the Farm
The butcher block project will be up for you soon! I can’t wait for you to see how it turned out and where we’ll be using it in our kitchen! Eeek!
Also all the details on those gorgeous plants AND new living room rug I got will be up for ya soon soon soon! but if you can’t wait you can shop the rug and some of my other current favorite things on my Amazon Storefront! 😉
And then the doors should follow soon-ish 😉 I’m stripping one and painting the other, which you can catch a little sneak peek of behind the butcher block! But then we have to do a little modifying them to fit and hang properly. But I’m really excited to see them up because I think they’re going to make a huge impact, outside and in!
This Week at the Farm: 4
As I mentioned I’m anxiously awaiting Spring especially this year because we have LOTS to be excited for! But until it actually gets here I was extremely grateful for a warm sunny day yesterday, which is my excuse for not getting ‘This Week at the Farm:4’ up for y’all on time. Sorry!! We soaked up the sunshine, played with the fur babes, and are slowly chipping away at the what feels like never ending mess outside! Check out the Before Property Tour to know what I mean!
Anyway it was the best day! I hope you were able to enjoy some time outside this weekend! It’s good for the soul!
